today

i woke up completely drained BUT that’s only because i had a very intoxicated night.  we went to see EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, which was freaking awesome!!!!!!!  seriously, they were phenomenal.  i was literally blown away by their passion and intensity.  one of the best concerts i’ve ever been to.  the entire crowd was rocking out.  highly recommend going to their show.

i took a super refreshing nap. 

roomie and i bought our thanksgiving dinner TURKEY!  let the feast begin!  

i met up with a child/sex trafficking activist who has been a political advisor to nelson mandela, prince of wales, archibishop desmond tutu, president bush, president obama etc.  he’s currently an advisor to the un security council.  anyway, to my surprise, he told me that i’m really talented and might want to hire me for one of his secret projects.  but first i have to sign a non-disclosure agreement!  we’re meeting again this week sometime.

i was sent $150 dollars by a client who i forgot owed me money from a few weeks ago.

AND while writing this entry, i was just told me by a very adorable boy that he doesn’t know how i’m still single (bc i’m so awesome :p).  

skype date tonight with someone special!

man, people were just blowing my ego up today like crazy.  today was awesome.  i feel so incredibly lucky :)

yeah, modesty was never my strong suit.  it’s a good thing nobody reads this haha.

I wouldn’t want to be any other way.  I like that I drunk text, I drunk call.  I put myself out there.  How else are you supposed to connect with people if you aren’t making an effort to do it?  Most people are cautious and even more bound up in self-restrictions.  The reason why I connect with so many people is because I let them in, I let them see me for who I am… not for what I want to be.

glad to see i haven’t changed one bit hahaha.  such a loveable drunk.
